call me devil or ready my coffin

oh Lord! call me devil or ready my coffin,
I wanna own my soul and I will,
shading tears in solitude I prefer,
serving morons can never.

agony all around, engulfing innocence,
battling the conflicting mind among pains
all that was eternal are being challenged,
confront me or take life out of me,
stubborn I am, will remain same thee.

all your power and ego, I boycott,
without war how to decide Almighty?
let the swords swing & sing the glory,
Master you are and I wanna be,
Hey God; call me devil or ready my coffin.

Ultimate Rap

Teri galli ab mei chod chuka,
Aanso sare tere ab jhel chuka,
tune khele jo bhi khel
Wo bhi mein khel chuka
Ab dekhu mujhe kaise satayegi tu?
Mana dus ko aur fasayegi tu,

mera kuch naiyo jata,
O! mera kuch naiyo jata
pachtayegi tu.....

Bahut ho chuka pyar,
Ab Hogi takrar,
Tu rah taiyaar!
Tere kisse sabko sunaunga mein
Tera cehra sabko dikhaunga mein
Jhanse mein aur na aaunga mein

Tu hai kya, O! tu hai kya?
lak guni acchi pataunga mein
Meri duniya se nikal ja tu
ye baat fate ki, smajh ja tu....

Teri galli ab mein chod chuka
Tere pyar ki, O! Tere Pyaaar ki
Baatein saari bhul chuka

O! Terri.. Galli.. Ab... Mein... Chod... Chuka

Rage! Within the heart

Rage! Rage! Rage! Within the heart
Each possesses a world, Ha! Faux pas.
Heaven to Hell, Darkness prevailed
Races yearning for bright sunshine.

Rage! Rage! Rage! Within the heart
Doom seems cheeseparing, mayhem
Sandy, Neelam, tsunami are legates
Hope terminated, Death-awe, all humdrum!

Rage! Rage! Rage! Within the heart
Conceit surging, naivety is impotent
Emotions are slaves, alacrity cavort
Almighty!  Ablaze the Flak, I evoke!

Ha Ha! You nitwitted and silly child
Illusion, re-start assumed destruction,
Let pass the wicked winter, wait!
Coming-forth the shining summer.

Fear not! All in the dominance.
Bizarre and a relishing Game,
Incomprehensible my fashions
But the illumination is eternal
And shall prevail.

Rage! Rage! Rage was in heart.
contradiction gone and mind calm.

The Magic of Shayari

Ek purani tasveer teri sanam, aaj aa gayi nazron ke samne ....
Na Dard naya tha na hi naya tha Gam...
naya hai ye fasana...
Na Tu kam ziddi na kam teri tasveer Zalim...

Bahane kai the tere paas mujhse door jane ke,,,
Gila nahi halaton se,,
ki Ye khata bhi meri thi,,,,
Ik adad wajah na de paya tujhe sath rahne ki.....

Zine de mujhe meri zindagi mere dhag se E-Khuda!,,,,
Ki sahi aur Galat ka hisab tere ghar hi kar lenge...

Book Review : I Live for you..

About the Author- Dhanashri Kadam is as young girl  from the city of Dreams Mumbai. She is a Commerce Graduate and perusing French Translator diploma. Her philosophy of life  is:-  If a person has taken birth in the world, he must leave his mark behind (Impressing one ). She is an aspirant writer from a very young age and gave wings to her aspiration in style with "I Live For You."
About The Book :- " I  Live For You." is a unique story that reviled the funny ways of Love firstly two person in love with two other persons fell in love with each-other and then they hold the bond so tight that even the natural causality or unfortunate incident couldn't part their ways. The concept has the freshness that makes it  readable.
Authorship:-  Dhanashri has used a very simple language and been quite successful conveying her point. Day to day language has given a lucidity to the story, moreover all the events and incidents are very closed to the reality (no disc/pub scenes nor the doge of sex). The beginning of the story is well woven and carries the readers with the flow. The middle could have been much better though but full marks to the climax.
Verdict:- Book is short, clear and has freshness, Should be given a Read.
To, The Author:- Dhanashri Well-done and I congratulate you for making a Mark in the world of Indian Literature. Some serious and meaningful work is desperately expected  from you. And to add to the compliment let me confess that I liked the book despite the fact "I Hate Love Stories".

NRI: NON RICH INDIANS

Today I am forced to remember the first day when I joined my present work place Lead Bank office Bank of Baroda vikas bhawan Rudrapur. After the introduction with my other staff members who were only 2 in numbers. Our sub-staff introduced me to "buwa ji", who was a per day worker at the office canteen, and said she will take care of you and she showered some blessings smiling, that's her nature though she is getting paid (under-paid) from the canteen alone but was very caring to all and satisfied to get what she is getting and you know the dirty world  all the people working that building who were more than 50 in numbers treated her as their personal servant, one day i couldn't stop myself asking her " Amma why do you work more than you required to get your salary? " God is watching my actions beta and i will get the reward as everyone gets according to their karma, she replied. I couldn't say anything but appreciated her optimism.

The Day Was Also Raining

Today when I left home for my office there was a hint of rain though the weather have been playing   smart with the people who wants nothing but some water drops to fall from the Haven and relief their   soul for one week or so,,,, everyday while looking at the sky we hope that today God may shower his   kindness on us but every time the Hope-balloon got deflated. So today I didn’t even try to wear  rain-coat or carry an umbrella, and as if Indra-Dev (The God of Rain) was waiting a chance to irritate  me. Half way down It started holding my nerves I was getting wet, soon I found a shelter under a  ceiling of a shop there were few others as well. Though, I was too conscious to care about them. I was  rather busy trying to dry myself up with the help of handkerchief after finishing the job. I looked around  and a feeble and neurotic looking woman grabbed my attention it added fuel to fire and my  irritation increased. I was feeling uncomfortable being beside her and she was also smelling awkwardly  but it just lasted for a moment because meanwhile I was reminded of an incident by some unknown  force which helped me forget all the uneasiness.,,,,,,,, A kind of utopia I began to experience reliving the  day that was also raining :-
It was my school days and I was an innocent student. My school was 3 or 4 km away from my place and I used to travel by publicly shared auto and the one side fare used to be 2 rupees those days and my mom used to give me 5 rupees, means A Rupees a day used to be my pocket money éclair used to be the favorite thing to spend on (haha… One day while I was waiting for the auto while going back home after finishing up with school for that particular day, It started raining heavily it was December and the cold was on its loftiest point, rain made it more worst I was shivering so I rushed into a tea shop near the auto-stand for the shelter many other did the same, it took only few blink of eyes and the shop was fully packed. Shopkeeper thanked God as it got him some business. Soon I spotted a neurotic woman who was trying to get in but the shop-owner didn’t like her audacity, how could she dare claim any kindness from practical people?, she was no different to the “Street-Dogs”, she was born to be kicked away by everyone and every now and then.

Banking : Economical Challenges and Solution

We have witnessed a rapid change in the phenomenon of Indian banking; In short in last decade our banks changed tiny to huge and also changed its ways of working from orthodox to modern. Our banks are expending and developing very rapidly. And being in a developing stage, it automatically invites lots of challenges. Lets point out the challenges and their solution for the economical growth of Indian Banking industry. The challenges we have to face are many; but those need to be solved first are-

·         Credit Delivery System:

this is what banks depend a lot on to yield profit, as bank tends to earn as much as fast and expended this system is, but it is rather slow, NBFC with the fast and easy credit delivery are diverting customers from banks to them and Infrastructure financing Institutions are enjoying the high profile landing in infrastructure projects with their better asset-liability management. If we have a look on the Credit Deposit Ratio it seems as splendid as 78.1% for March 2012. Though deposit declined to 13.4% in the same time from 17% in March 2011, which raises an alarm. RBI’s stick monetary policy and frequent changes in RR, RRR and CRR also forbidding banks to deliver the adequate amount of credit. Moreover the bed circles of global economy are also adding insult to injury.

Overall we cannot afford any abbreviation to a sound Credit Delivery System, The points to be concerned about-
1.      1) Make it easier for the customer to avail advances from banks so that the credit and profit may increase and we also have to take care of deposit part.
2.      2) We need to find a way to manage and to reduce the risk factor in infrastructure project landing; asset and liability mismatch can be handled with the adequate support from government and International financial institutions like IMF, World Bank and Asian Development bank.

Clownish-Wit : Art that wins Hearts

We all know the effectiveness of good sense of humour and that it helps making conversation better and it also adds to the impression of our personality, I recently found an abbreviation to this tool which I termed as clownish-wit. may be a combo of good sense of humour and sarcasm. It enables you have your hold on some stressful situation and it has capability to bring smiles on people face. I know I am not a joker to entertain others attitude but this won’t present you as a mere clown but a witty; people will love this flavor of your character and so do you.

This may work as an effective weapon for you but as all other weapon it may also cause you some fatal harm. If handled casually.
Sometimes you may be proved a looser, but in a larger picture you have known a reason that can cause faliureSome time back I was teaching in a coaching at Nainital and there was a student who used to came late every day that obviously was the reason of my irritation, I asked her to change, I scolded her, made some sarcastic comments and even refused her to get in but all in vain, she never paid any heed on whatever I had tried to make her to be on time. One fine day when I was in happiest of my moods and was taking class, she interrupted me with, may I come in sir? Her insolence caused stress in my jaw muscle again but it was of my mood that she seemed me an atrocious kid and an innocent being, “Hey I am sorry that I start the class early every day” I ended up saying this in a pampering tone fully smiling. “Sorry Sir” she replied in more innocent tone which molt my heart even more and I made her sit in the first row that day. To my surprise she was well before time next day. Another day came with the same surprise; believe it she never came late then.
This incident hit my mind, I pondered and pondered a lot and drew a conclusion that it had something to do with my behavior on that particular day. I was almost sure but wanted to test it and know more facts regarding it's real impact and side-effects. Once when I entered an over populated restro and placed myself on a single-tabled chair, I had just got the hold of menu card and I heard my co-customer cursing the waiter for the delay in the service in an agitated tone and the waiter who was also looking in the same state of mind and was trying to pass the bucks onto the peak-hour rush. I got afraid sensing the agony of wait to follow meanwhile the same waiter came to attend me, still agitated. I thought of testing the tool and said “should I order dinner as well?” pretending to be worried. “As you wish sir.” he replied totally confused. “Actually I wish for lunch only but its peak-hour, you know na?” I asked naughtily and it worked; a genuine smile took over the signs of irritation on his face and I smiled back to see it working. Don’t worry sir. He assured me and my lunch was on my table earlier than the normal time.

Go and Crack It : Tips for IBPS exam

As banking industries is on song providing a promising career and the aspirants are trying hard to secure their name in the merit list, here I have come up with some points you should take care while preparing or giving the exam, hoping that it will help you to get through with the opportunities…….
 ·
  The Pattern
The will test you on your aptitude on math, reasoning, English, general awareness and computer knowledge.
1.
Math :- syllabus consists of simplification, and some of the topics upto 10th standard i.e. multiplication, division, addition, subtraction, square/cubes and their roots, number series, average, profit & loss, work & time, speed distance & time, ratio & proportion, menstruation (quadrilaterals and circle) mainly and exceptionally some of the question from probability or permutation & combination.

My advice:- don’t prepare them topic wise but the variety of questions that has been used in previous exams. One should focus on short trick and logical approach as the real fight is for time. As per my experience of 2 and half years of teaching the same I can assure you anyone can achieve the speed of 30 minutes for 45-50 question, even if you haven’t studied math post metric.

The most awesome Relation!

You remember once in your childhood you had injured yourself and you had smartly covered all your wounds under your shirt, fearing lest your parents should come to know? You were almost successful but a person came to know somehow and told your parents than you had to visit the doctor and got cured… who was the person? Couldn’t find out, OK! catch some more hints…. Who was the first member of your family to know that you smoke? The only person who know all about your crushes and affairs? The person who completed all your assignments including home-work and class-work for chocolates? That person sometimes blackmailed you and made you scarify your pocket-money; some often served you dinner in your room when you were in no condition facing your parents as you were drunk? She devotedly accumulates all your secrets and uses them when she wants you to do something for her? Even I have reveled, the gender now? I know you have got it can’t be any other your Sister.

Be Responsible and Be Cool But don't Break Rules

I know…. you all have a set of desires; most common are to acquire name, fame and money, I am sure not all want to acquire knowledge. You want to hold a position without giving a damn about hard-work as there are many shortcuts. Thinking about right or wrong is a total waste of time; as you believe only fools think this way. You want entertain all rights, reserved for you, but don’t wanna give a fuck about responsibilities because it’s totally an absurd idea, why should you slog your asses when no one else in the country gives a damn about duties. Rules are meant to be broken, see there is no need wearing a helmet, traffic police will be happy letting you go and to earn 50 rupees, after all you are young and own a flauntable face, mitigation of some rules or bit of support to corruption is affordable… you surely wants to make own life heavenly, others may live in hell. All of you want to have good social circle good friends, life partners and relatives etc. but on your own conditions after-all, you have a huge ego that has to be satisfied at any cost. You want to have a fantastic physic but you know how difficult it is working out and following the diet routine is yukkk…you drink like a fish and sometimes you also do drugs for fun and that time you don’t care about anything or anyone, this is the time when you are lost of your mind and nobody should expect you any kind of decency and if someone does and experience any kind of disgust, you are not responsible for it. You want others to accept you with all your flaws but you can not tolerate even a nominal flaw in anyone, you want everyone and everything perfect but when they do the same you argue that how come someone be perfect??

Education System: Repeating the Errors & Killing the Uniformity

Very often we talk about the flaws of our education system; most of the times we point out that it need a change so that we can be a developed nation but end up arguing about Rot learning, Marking System, Disrespect of Art and Commerce Streams, Coaching Classes and Theory Based Education. I agree these habits are affecting the system badly and making it vulnerable.
But I want to draw your attention to a real & more serious cranny of the system, before discussing it lets explore some facts from our history, its evident that because of the some stupid arrangements of so called smooth functioning of the society, came in the picture the fatal cast system which is still jolting us badly, as per the phenomenon Sudra’s were deprived off the education that time no doubt that the policy was quite a success in a short term but a point came when they decided to raise their voices and fought for their rights. And with every fight there occurs an aggravation. It did occur and reservation, naxalism and communal melancholy are the aftermaths
